Two comments.. Why did you discontinue the deli drawer?

The deli drawer was a useful and accessible feature. We're trying to find a suitable alternative.
Secondly, I'm still concerned about the extremely low freezer temp which Is now reading 7degrees F.
I am grateful for the service visit but it didn't really resolve this issue, other than saying the temp was normal
