This came in our new build home and so we anticipated a builder grade appliance. Sadly our trepidation was correct. Probably one of the worst dishwashers. Its got a lot of buttons but sadly the cleaning abilities are sorely lacking. It was a trio of GE appliances and out of the 3 the worst. We will be replacing it ASAP.

I just bought a house in which this product which was included. I have tried using this washer 3 times each with different detergents and rinse aids and everytime my dishes come out without being cleaned at all. I rinse before putting them in and dispose of leftover food bits. I have had dish washers in apartments much older and not as nice that at least do their job. This washer seems like literally nothing happens during the cycle. Very disappointed. There is 0 use for this product in my house since I end up having to rewash all the dishes by hand anyway.

Two weeks ago we moved into our new home. This dishwasher was presented to us as being included. It is quite effective at cleaning dishes but I am amazed at how quiet it is compared to our old dishwasher. We really appreciate it being included and we appreciate that it performs great but quietly.

Possibly the worst design ever in a dishwasher. There is no room. This dishwasher allows for the least amount of dishes possible for one load. So disappointed. The racks are horrible and not adjustable. You cannot fit any tall glasses on the top rack which means they go on the bottom for less room for dishes. Plus the racks have these awful separators which are arch shaped which are hard to fit the glasses over and take up needed space. Should of just stuck to the single vertical design to allow for different size glasses and more room. And forget about big pots and frying pans. Theres no room on the bottom for these either. Such a disappointing purchase. I would buy another dishwasher in a heart beat but budgets dont allow for that. Do your research before buying. So disappointed.

This was installed by the builder when we bought the house a couple of months ago and we started shopping for a replacement a couple weeks later. Its not designed well and I have trouble fitting cups on the top shelf or anything other than plates on the bottom shelf. It cant handle wine glasses either. Dishes come out clean if you give them extra space between but Ive gad several times where I pull them out and wash them in the sink after running it. It kinda seems like stuff thats not facing the center doesnt get clean. Its also slow and loud.

Dishes do not fit in the dishwasher and my dishes do not get clean unless I stack plates by every other slot and have already washed off all visible residue. I would rather pay more for a nicer dishwasher than have to hand wash 50 of my dishes.

It doesnt clean dishes well but its not the top of the line either so I guess so need to upgrade. I have tried different cleaners hoping maybe it would work but it doesnt. The dishes seem to only be clean when they were prewashed. Also the heated dry has never worked. Hopefully I can get it looked at without a charge.

The top basket doesnt accommodate a wine glass or an iced tea glass. The bottom basket holds maybe four dinner plates. It would not hold all the dishes from a four person setting but the dishes are cleaner than those washed in our previous machines.
