This was installed in our newly built home and so far it is working great I love the different speeds of the fan. Only downside if the light is left on too long...then top of the range gets very hot.

In our old house the vent used to just spread the smoke around the house. I am loving this new vent from Frigidaire because it sucks the smells out of the house We also use the light at night so that it wont be so dark downstairs.

When building my new home we insisted on all Frigidaire products. The value it has added to my new home makes me proud. I love the elegant look and I need not worry when cooking onions garlic or fish as the odors are whisked away efficiently and I feel little to no heat and steam is suckered up quickly from all the pots of simmering foods. I get so many compliments on my beautiful kitchen I wish the add photo button worked so I could show off my pretty kitchen

This came with my building. The fan sound is horrible where you have to literally shout for other person to hear you. Forget about hearing your TV or any music when this fan is on. Also the motor speed varies as and when it likes. This is the worst range fan I ever had.
