1. We ask that you sleep on your new bed for 30 days, as it takes time for the body to adjust to proper support.

2. Sets $499 and up qualify for Sherman's Comfort Guarantee.

3. Any model may be selected to replace your original selection. You may upgrade and pay the difference plus tax, though we cannot refund any amount if the new bed is of lesser value.

4. Our standard $49.99 mattress delivery fee must be paid prior to the exchange.

5. If the boxspring and replacement mattress are compatible, only the mattress will be exchanged.

6. Please work with the same salesperson you made your original selection with.

7. We encourage the use of mattress pads, as any visible mark or stain on the mattress makes it ineligible for exchange.

8. One exchange only per purchase.

9. Excludes custom order sizes. Guarantee applies to Twin, Full, Queen and King sizes.
